Leydi,, ( hygenist) is añways friendly, professional and helpful. She’s very thorough and gives professional recommendations in order to take care of my teeth and gums. Catalina, the office administrator, always greets you with a smile and takes care of your billing inquiries very professionally. And leaves you feeling that your account is correct and no surprises and bids you farewell til the next time. Stephanie, office manager, is very kind and friendly and runs the office seemlessly! It’s a pleasure to to go to this establishment because you are well taken care of by the staff that cares
Everyone in this san jose office made me feel important. They listened to me.The secretary was amazing. The dentist was very nice and sweet. The hygienist I believe I'm saying that correctly listen tovall of my concerns This is what you call customer service. They need to teach other people.
My experience with this dentist on San Jose and his assistant Lady were so very kind and put me at ease. The receptionist Catalina is very sweet and helpful 😊. I will say they are very prompt. I've never been to a dentist where you didn't have to wait forever. They got me back for my X-rays and exam promptly I didn't have to sit like most dentist take you back to a room making you think yeah just to wait for an hour or longer. I highly recommend this dentist office.☺️ were so very kind and put me at ease. The receptionist Catalina was so very helpful and sweet too
