Kat was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions and taught me exactly how to take care of my new shoes! Will definitely be coming to her again for more advice. I went to easily 20 stores today and she was the first person to help me and guide me to my best options!
Hannah and Kat provided superior customer service during my visit. Hannah took the extra time to educate my daughter on how the manufacturing differences in the boots she wanted were designed to fit. We appreciate all the help with making the right selection. Definitely recommend!
My Adidas they had the best and exact color I was looking for I would’ve given them 5 stars but Amazon had them for a lower price.
Had a great selection of shoes. And Paige was incredibly helpful and super friendly! I tend to be the kind of introvert who avoids store employees, but I would 100% go back to her for help again!
I haven’t bought shoes here yet but my experience today isn’t related to the store in general, it was the service. I called to ask if I could speak to a clothing stall right outside Journey’s and Katie said she’d give them my name and # and she did! The phone call came back to me fast! Thank you so much Katie for your help today. 🙌 Your time and efforts is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
