I'm happy I have found this office.I went to put braces on and I can say Dr. Joseph Chiafair is very nice and very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Very friendly staff and very helpful. It was also easy to set up an appointment and get my teeth taken care of sooner rather than later! I would and do recommend them to my friends. I sincerely recommend!

Excellent practice with a kind and caring staff. Dr Chiafair has calmed my fears and has helped me understand procedures. He is very professional and always has your best interest at heart. He has provided me with the best care on several occasions all while being very gentle and kind. His practice is not limited to "routine" dental care and instead offers a broad spectrum of specialty treatments. His knowledge and extensive education are evident when your plan of care is discussed in a very calm environment. Thank you Dr. Chiafair for such great care.

I had a very negative experience with this dentist. First, the equipment is old. The premises do not appear very clean. During one visit, there were apparent remains in the toilet. Dr. Chiafair was not particularly friendly. He had me waiting for almost 20 minutes for a filling. When he arrived he performed the filling in a rather gruff, abrasive, rather than gentle manner. Shortly afterwards, something felt strange with with my tooth. Due to my schedule, I was unable to address it immediately, but later brought the problem to his attention and he insisted on charging me a full fee to re-do work already performed by him previously. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy about that. Also, one of his top rated dental hygienist left for more permanent work at another practice, and the new replacement (a recent graduate) did not perform my cleaning to the same standard. In short, beware.

Dr. Chafair is an excellent dentist. His staff is very jovial and the experience was painless and easy going. I would recommend him to anyone pursuing any kind of dental work.
