  Extremely disappointed with this practice. I was told both of my sons needed new patient visits, only to receive a bill for over $800. When I questioned it, I was told the visits, which were only 15 minutes each, weren’t actually necessary—but the bill still stands. The doctor and staff were more focused on quoting policies than providing real care or accountability. I was passed around between people, given conflicting information, and treated like a nuisance for asking questions. To make it worse, when I called for a medication refill for my son (who is now out of his prescription), I was told he couldn’t get one because a note in his chart says he needs to be seen every 3 months. No warning. No urgency. Just more cold, procedural excuses. I’ve decided to find a new doctor. I can only hope my child doesn’t suffer while we wait for better care. I would not recommend this office to any parent looking for compassion, communication, or true concern for their child’s well-being.
