What a great time we had here. First off we stayed in the Howard Carter room (Egypt Room). Beautiful room with a nice king size bed and big bathroom. The shower is huge with side jets and rain forest shower head. The water is hot hot never ran out was wonderful. This room has the best deck. This room is on second floor which does have a flight of steps for those who can't climb it there are rooms downstairs. This room is the best out of all of them for your deck for sure facing the street. 2 min walk to trolly station 5 min walk to main strip shops. This place has a shared kitchen with everything you need to cook with and a beautiful lobby are to sit enjoy coffee or eat. I had an issue that was resolved very quickly from the host. Great job!! We spent the long New Year’s weekend in this beautiful home, and Andrew and Melody have truly created a cozy, welcoming space that immediately makes you feel at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The backyard was our favorite part about the house - peaceful, private, and a perfect place for our family to gather and socialize. We also enjoyed eating breakfast with the view of the pool. This location is ideal, within walking distance to great shopping and dinning. This is on our list to return to in the future. We highly recommend booking this home as a perfect getaway.
We had an amazing stay at one of Joesph and Ellen’s properties on the St John’s river for our 4th of July! The house was spotless when we arrived and was big enough for our large group. Highly recommend one of their properties for your next stay.
This home and location are a dream. Only steps from the beach and what Florida vacations are all about. Everything is beautifully decorated and the cleanliness and detail ensured for a luxurious experience. All items needed for daily comfort are provided and the furnishings made you feel at home. The rooms, bathrooms and design of this home are completely high end and seeing it in person will take your breath away. I recommend and will be back
We stayed at Drift on 14th through Marriott Homes and Villas and the property was immaculate from the moment we walked in. The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with plenty of space. The master bedroom and bathroom deserve a special mention — the large soaking tub and rain-head shower made it feel like a real retreat. The location is hard to beat. The beach is close enough to walk to, and there's parking if you'd rather drive when you've got chairs, coolers, and gear in tow. The beach itself is gorgeous, and we loved that there were designated morning and evening pet hours so we could walk our two dogs along the shore. The amenities are new and in great shape, which isn't always the case with rental homes. Sharp knives, new pots and pans, good silverware and dishes, plus a wine fridge. It made cooking in a pleasure on the nights we just wanted to stay put and relax. For anyone traveling with pets, the fenced-in backyard was perfect for our two small dogs. The back patio is a great spot to sit and talk or unwind, with a cozy fire pit and a hot tub rounding it out. We'd absolutely stay here again.
