They are ALL, from reception to checkout, very warm and fully engaged with my care. I am in my first year of having changed to a new PCP and I can only say that I wish I had found Drs. Erb and Traveria sooner. If you find yourself with a complacent provider, these are two of the good ones.
Billy is wonderful! I have been seeing him for years. Billy has the best bedside manner and I because of that I would not go anywhere else.
Dr. Joe and all of the staff were a complete turnaround from my last primary care facility, which was unresponsive and didn't seem to care if I was a patient or not. The people I encountered before and during my initial visit were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and treated me as if I were their only patient. I am so thrilled to have found them, and there was an opportunity for new patients.
My recent visit was great from scheduling until the end of visit. I love that they have early, 0700, appointments. Dr. Joe (Czerkawski) was great.
Great Primary Docs, nurses and support staff. Very accessible— able to make appointments and not have to wait weeks or months
