Dr Aguilar is wonderful. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He is five stars. Unfortunately his staff is very unresponsive. My pharmacy could not get authorization for a refill. I had to call the office myself getting no response.

Registered Nurse practitioner Alexis is great and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Open to finding the root cause of problems but will also make sure your treatment plan does not cause more side effects than the initial ailment, which is important to me. They will advocate for their patients’ needs to be met when it comes to referrals.

This "doctors office", is an absolute joke, to the point that it is almost hard to believe, and I'm only writing this review to warn/help other potential patients, to STAY AWAY. I SPECIFICALLY DEALT WITH CRISSY AND HEATHER. Not sure of the names of all the other office staff but they were as equally rude and pathetic. Especially to be in healthcare. Are you kidding me? Absolutely shocking beyond belief. This guy here was simply just trying to get a prescription refilled and go on with my day. To be honest I haven't had a visit with them for a year, but this week, I had been trying to get an important prescription refilled for over a week. It took me calling them and leaving voicemails (they don't answer the phone) 3 times before I got a call back. Once I finally did get a call back in the morning, They said they couldn't do a refill. I had to ask nicely once again (beg them), until HEATHER agreed to refill it but they told me that I have to get my pharmacy to fax a refill request and then it would be completed. I did that right away, the pharmacy faxed, and I still heard nothing. I called later that day and , SHOCKER, they didn't answer the phone. So, I literally had to waste time out of my morning the next day, to go into the office and practically make a scene to get some answers/help on the refill. They scrambled around through paperwork ( They seem extremely unorganized) and said they had no fax, which was a lie because I called my pharmacy and they had confirmed they sent the fax request multiple times and they even listed the dates to me that they sent it. I finally got the doctors office to give me a physical piece of paper for a refill. I get to the pharmacy and find out that HEATHER and her crew didn't even fill it out correctly! So the pharmacist had to waste her time and call them back, and the nice pharmacist finally got it confirmed and could refill my prescription. What a NIGHTMARE! Please never go to this doctors office, it's literally scary that these rude and incompetent people are in healthcare and I would suggest that many of them either wake up or find another career.

Dr. Karen McCarthy has been my physician for years. She is extremely focused and holistic in her treatment; she takes the time to answer any questions that I have and always offers me options other than prescription medications (which I appreciate!). She has a kind heart and wants to see her patients live their best life! Would absolutely recommend HER, and have done so many times in the past.
