I really like the doctors office and Dr. Phelps is very detailed with any information I need to know. He has good bedside manners and gave me a small packet of papers for what I needed to had completed before my next appointment which was very helpful for me. I’m happy to be at this office for my PCP.
Dr. Phelps is the kind of doctor you hope for and rarely find. He takes the time to actually listen, asks thoughtful questions, and makes you feel like your health genuinely matters—not like you’re just the next name on a chart. His approach is thorough, patient, and grounded in real care for the people he treats. In a system that often feels rushed and impersonal, he stands out in the best way. I’m grateful to be under his care and would recommend him without hesitation.
The entire staff, from reception to nursing, to Dr. Phelps, everyone was professional and courteous. Nurse Beverly is kind, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Phelps was outstanding. He is an excellent listener, empathetic and encouraging. Dr. Phelps went over my medical history, current medications and immediately helped with an issue I was having. When you get a new doctor, you never know how it is going to go, or if you made a bad choice. Dr. Phelps was the right choice, and I look forward to a future as his patient.
My son made an appointment and Great first experience with Dr. Phelps—his professional demeanor made all the difference for a first-time patient like me. Highly recommend
