Mr. Jones reached out to assist with an issue with an unscrupulous vendor when I had made an inquiry at Farah & Farah and they informed me this wasn't the type of case they handled and asked if I'd like them to refer it to someone in their extended network and I said 'yes'. Mr. Jones was patient in obtaining the information on the situation and very positive about being able to assist with resolution of the case. He was retained, provided information, and maintained continuous communications over the several months that the case took to be settled. I would recommend Mr. Jones to anyone who wants an attorney who truly wants to right wrongs that occur. Mr. Jones' pricing is fair and he doesn't 'nickel and dime' the client, nor drag things out just to prolong billings like the attorney's for the 'other side' did. He took care of things promptly and efficiently which was greatly appreciated. The 'other side' took several extra weeks to file 'final paperwork' with the courts after pressuring Mr. Jones to 'respond immediately or else ---'. So glad to have this issue settled!!
