Kylar was a TREMENDOUS GIFT to me this afternoon. I called your store and shared a challenge I've been having locating an electronic e-gift card I received for my birthday from a dear friend. I couldn't find the gift card in my email after trying multiple times to search for it in my inbox. Kylar provided a wonderful remedy to the situation by sharing that my gift card could be canceled and a store credit could be provided to me in return for the amount of my gift card. I could then use that store credit towards the purchase of the items that I wanted. I'm in Orlando so this was a great solution. Kylar was so kind, professional, courteous, and friendly during our phone conversation that ended up being nearly 20 minutes. I love the way that she troubleshooted the problem I had to ensure that what I needed could still be obtained --- products from your wonderful store that I enjoy and wanted to experience for my birthday gift. Once shipping was determined for my two items I ended up only needing to pay $3 and some change to cover the difference. She got my contact information along with my mailing address and I was able to have my items set up for shipping, and I paid for the shipping cost while I was on the phone through a payment link she shared with me. This was one of the smoothest and most encouraging customer service experiences I've had by telephone with a human being in years. Kylar is a wonderful representative of the Jones and Rose brand and it was a pleasure speaking with her this afternoon and experiencing the level of care and professionalism she provided to me in our interaction. Thank you all so much for your products and I'm excited to get a new supply of fun things to use on my skin in fragrances that are incredible.
Lover every scent that I own. My top favorite scents now and sandalwood and cocoa, Miss Rose and Miss Cocoa. My son’s fave are the tangerine (I think) and the green tea and aloe. The scents last long and and the product overall last. A little def goes a long way and I always love the compliments I receive daily
The store smells absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in, you can just smell all the wonderful aromas. This was my first time coming into the store. I wish I knew about it sooner 😭 The customer service was incredible, the lady who worked there was super kind and she was very helpful. I definitely recommend coming here, they have amazing body oils, lotions, and mists
I absolutely ADORE this place. Not only do you get luxury smelling and feeling products, but you get it at affordable prices. The scents last ALL day better than my $100+ plus fragrances. The ladies in there are always so kind and caring. I always feel good when i leave. Thank you guys for what you do! Customer for life 💖
Love jones & rose But disappointed about some of my favorite scents not being sold anymore honey sexy girl was my go too, then I see a tremendous price increase which is a double hit This will slow down my purchases with the business. I usually frequent the business once a month i have been a 3 year customer from a friend that referred me but she pasted away a year ago. And every time I go to the store I think about my dear friend I miss her deeply
