I’ve been with Jomo Pools for about three months now, and the service has been fantastic. Consistent visits, clear communication, and overall just super smooth. Customer service has been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time. They've been head and shoulders above any other pool company I've tried in the area. Highly recommend
Pascal has been servicing our pool for the last year and has done excellent work. He's not only thorough he's very knowledgeable as well. He is great to talk to about our questions and has a great personality! The overall service with Jomo is great however Pascal is a difference maker!
Noah Homer has been taking care of our pool these last five years. He is dependable, courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t think he’s ever missed one day. Our pool always looks clean and inviting. It is such a pleasure to have someone who takes care of all our pool needs. Noah is an exceptional young man who does his job meticulously and takes pride in his work.
I’ve been using Jomo for my weekly pool service for about a month now. We switched from Clarkson Pools after finding out how unreliable and unprofessional they are. So far my experience with Jomo couldn’t be more different. Our tech Mike communicates so well with us, documents everything he does, and has been taking amazing care of our pool. I feel like my pool is in safe hands with this company.
We appreciate Jomo and Tony so much. Tony takes the time to walk us through the pool care and how we can resolve any issues (such as visible salt). We are very thankful!
