A nice practice. However the price at the time was relatively high for a client to have to gather their own materials to present to the attorney in which was hired. Other than that, the office staff are all very professional and extremely helpful as well as polite..
One of the most dishonest Trustees in all of Jacksonville, do not trust this man! My property is held TBE - he closed down my business, made me lose $6,000 - without a hearing or any notice to my husband who lives in NJ. Filed a liquidation plan despite the fact that I offered to pay the judgment lien in full. Taking all my property to pay a fraudulent Fidus Roofing Proof of Claim - it names a Lis Pendens as a basis for perfection - a Lis Pendens is just a warning of future litigation - not a contract, or security instrument, and my business property was never a part of any lawsuit or claim or judgment in the state of Florida. Gene Johnson is committing bankruptcy fraud and has blocked me from disputing his actions be requesting that I be prohibited from filing any objection or motion in his Adversary complaint. Does anyone really know how lucrative the commissions are for the Chapter 11 Trustee when he liquidates your homes? Beware Gene Johnson, a very dishonest attorney and Trustee.
Attorney Johnson and his staff are TOP NOTCH! They held my hand, educated me, and supported me every step of the way. I was a mess and embarrassed, but his assistant was calm, kind, and reassuring. Mr. Johnson and his entire team are simply the BEST!
