I have four kids. Not so much kids anymore as they range in age from just turning 20 to 32.... Dr Diana Johnson became their Dr when my third child was born in 2000 and she remained their Dr all the way to adults and now she's gonna be the Dr for my newest grandbaby girl. I can't say enough great things bout this dr. It's important as parents that we can trust our kids Drs and know that they are really listening and truly care. And that's exactly how she was from day one and for 18 years. She let me be in charge of their medical care cause she said who knows them better then Mom and she never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking bout or belittled myself or them. If you're looking for the best...a Dr that is a Dr cause she loves it and will love you kids... Look no further
I am very dissatisfied! First off family care completely got rid of their peds office moved it next door with a different number that DO NOT ANSWER! My son can in for a visit weeks ago for his referral it was not put in right clinic once I changed it for brooks-they have yet to receive it I have called over 100 times LITERALLY checking on referral and everyone sayingthe did it but brooks said they don’t have it just yesterday I called for the 101 time and they gave me a number didn’t even ask for no info pushed over to a 659 number that again will not answer so now I’m getting ready to switch pcps I was told to come in and get medical records I get off my job all the way there they tell me they don’t have sheets I have to request from new pcp .. I work at uf health in a clinic that’s absolutely wrong and this is very disgusting to test patients of KIDS like this ! I have yet to referral for My son or medical records
When I have birth to my oldest son she became my sons doctor.Everytime we went to see Ms.Diana Johnson she always made me feel like I could ask her anything.she was very helpful.she also made my little not feel comfortable and,not scared.she also made sure to access every need that my son needed to help him in every way possible.
