Honored to have participated in the Johnson & Johnson Vision Latin America Advisory Board in San Diego. My sincere thanks to Johnson & Johnson Vision for the invitation and for the opportunity to join an outstanding group of colleagues from across Latin America including my sensei, Dr Takahi Hida. It was a privilege to discuss our scientific publications, exchange clinical experiences, and contribute ideas that may help shape the next generation of ophthalmic technologies. Innovation is driven by collaboration, and meetings like this reinforce the importance of connecting clinical practice, research, and technology to improve patient outcomes. I return inspired by the quality of the discussions and grateful for the opportunity to help contribute to the future of ophthalmology. Thank you!
Terrible customer service! A girl by the name of Shasta, possibly from Asian descent because of her accent was acting annoyed that I called regarding my refund for my contacts and she kept repeating herself on how long it takes. I was super nice and kept apologizing for any misunderstandings because I thought maybe I asked a question that annoyed her. She even hung up after I said I was all set. No goodbye or anything. Customer Service regarding refunds for contacts shouldn't be this bad of an experience. Sad!

Really great, hard-working Engineers, Manufacturing techs and STL’s. Great company and treats their employees well!
This was a great place to go to, was very welcoming, we were there for a toastmasters competition and really enjoyed seeing all the speeches and meeting all the division and area toastmasters.
