1. Estimator never shows up. 2. Office girls have no clue what is going on. 3. Estimates was over 150 incorrect and never stood by it . 4. If the helper could do something it would not have taken that long . 5. It should not take over a month to have someone call you back to talk about the bill 6.very unorganized company!
Two awesome plumbers came out and worked very diligently to figure out the drain issue we’re having, going above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!
We contacted Dale with John Williams Plumbing due to losing water pressure in our Home. They were here within minutes and I mean minutes. Dale & the other Gentleman (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name)were very professional & knowledgeable. We were up and running again within an hour and this was a tank change, pressure switch and lots of electrical wiring.. 100 ⭐️
I paid them over $1840 to come and install a new pump and pressure tank. It leaked and no pressure. Had to pay them $391 to come and fix it. Still leaks, still no pressure and they want $175 to come and look at it. No thanks.
Great team. We had an issue with a big blockage, they came over and were able to fix it in matter or 15 min after other plumber was unable to figure out where the blockage was. Highly recommend them!
