The Richardson Group is a valuable asset to any buyer or seller and we greatly appreciate everything John and Andrea did for us. John was our buyer’s agent for our most recent home purchase in St. Augustine. From the first meeting, which had to be over video conference due to our geographic location, John was easy to reach and always happy to answer questions. Even with a six hour time difference! He made our home selection process as easy as it could have been. He genuinely cared to get to know us and what we were looking for and comfortable with when purchasing a home. John was 100% professional at all times, and calm, which helped out immensely when the seller failed to vacate the property in time for our final walkthrough and the deal almost went sideways. In the end we were able to salvage the deal and buy our home! Now we are Loving The Florida Life!! -Jason and Kristen Boswell
I've now bought 4 houses over the course of my life. John was by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. John was very helpful with any questions I had throughout the process. He continued to help and make great recommendations for anything I need assistance with. John was great at communicating and keeping me updated throughout. I highly recommend using John as your realtor!
John and Andrea are just the most amazing young couple. They are professional, hard working, respectful and certainly deliver on their promises! Could not have asked for anything more, in fact went beyond their scope of duty for us! Can recommend with hesitation. Glenn & Cindy Jordens
John listens to the needs of his clients and respond accordingly. He also contributes with quality information to help in the smooth transition of the transaction for both the buyer and seller. Would highly recommend John!
