John Phillips Realty

John went above and beyond. His communication is top notch and he made us feel like we have a friend in the real estate business. His attention to detail is unmatched. My family and I used him to purchase a property in Palm Coast, and although we faced many obstacles during the closing process, John took the initiative to handle everything and got us to closing successfully with minimal delay! We never felt out of the loop and we felt confident that John had our best interests in mind during the whole house hunting and closing process. I would highly recommend John for all of your real estate needs!

He was very helpful with the purchase of our daughter's home. Was there to help us with any questions we had. Can't say how great the experience was. We would highly recommend him.
