A perfect place for jogging, take a walk or walk your dog. The riverview is amazing, it should be ranked as one of the greatest view in Jacksonville. I have no idea why there is so few good reviews here. Also, the scenery on the other side of the river is so beautiful. The house price would be very expensive here is this is a housing community. And there are also a lot of benches to rest!
