John Hancock is now sending all there costumer service over seas . The phone service is NO GOOD it cuts in and out you can NOT understand the person you are talking with . I wanted to update beneficiary new address . They do not send me a email confirming i did it for my records . They send a postcard to the beneficiary old address in hopes they forward it to the new address . It has been over 6months since they have moved and i doubt it will happen . And why do they send a post card to the beneficiary i am the owner of the policy
