The facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness and was not excessively crowded. My physical therapist demonstrated a friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor, providing dedicated one-on-one attention. I highly recommend this establishment.
Today was just my second visit, but I have to say that everyone there so far is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They make you feel very welcomed and put you at ease. They are patient, kind and appear to be very knowledgeable. I feel confident that I am in good hands. At some point in life we are all going to need a helping hand from someone to get us through some challenging, sometimes painful, things in life and I’m glad I have the staff at John Goetze Physical Therapy, Inc to help me. Although, I am going there for physical therapy they are helping me get through so much more in my life right now. It has been a joy to walk through those doors each time. I’m so very grateful I was referred to their office. They are the truly AMAZING!!!
Great therapy group. Highly recommend. I’ve had therapy for other things at different places and none like JGPT. They follow doctor’s orders on therapy and massage which helped so much with my hip recovery.
I’ve been to three different physical therapy places in West Jacksonville, and have found this one is the best! The team of Debbie, Jesse and Noah can’t be beat. Super comfortable and family feeling. They also work very hard at making sure you are rehabbed before sending you off!
This is the first PT clinic I had ever been to, and after meeting Noah and Jesse, this is the only one I’ll ever want to go back to. My PT needs began in 2024 with newly postpartum joint issues, so Noah and Jesse helped me work through issues with my ankles and knees. After a ligament ruptured in my hand requiring surgery, I found my way back to their clinic for round 2. Lana did a lot of these visits with me and she was always so pleasant and understanding. I was ultimately diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis, and needed Noah and Jesse for a third time as I rebuilt my strength in 2025. These guys did so much for me, and I’ll forever be grateful for their kindness, support, and the comic relief they brought me when I was at rock bottom battling arthritis as a first time mom.
