It used to be I could call John Brooks and speak to someone. Now all I ever get is voice mails that eventually result in a call back. I have dealt with John for years but am seriously considering changing agents. I know people can be busy and have call switched to voice mails- but every time I call?
I was looking for new for new policy because the company i was with increased my monthly so i found state farm rep john brooks and talked to Evan who gave me a better deal with two cars i would recommend John brooks but when you call ask for Evan he was very helpful
10/10 recommended! I have always had trouble with everyone else but John Brooks is the way to go. Good prices and even better people!
