Dr. Tran is the man! He's excellent. Ignore these negative reviews. Sounds like a bunch of whiny adults that need to be coddled. I have had excellent experience with Dr. Tran. He's no nonsense and cuts right to the point. I told him my knees hurt and without missing a beat he said "yea because you're fat". He's not wrong. I could afford to miss a few meals and that's exactly what I did. Now my knees are better. Go figure right? I've also had excellent experiences with the front staff. I just got off the phone with them a minute ago and it took me all of 3 minutes to get in touch, get an answer to my question and confirm prescription refills. I come from dealing with military doctors who don't mix words and that's exactly what you get with Dr Tran. If you're looking for somebody to hold your hand and tell you it's going to be okay, you'll need to find somebody else. If you want results and somebody who cuts through the nonsense and gets right to it, Dr Tran is the man!

He is quite possibly one of the rudest… most demeaning people I’ve ever encountered let alone a physican. How he’s even allowed to work at Baptist is beyond me. He talks about inappropriate things… always sounds like he’s heard it all and he’s really tired of it. He told me..”patients do want they wanna do anyway” so glad I’ve moved on. If you can’t have compassion for your patients at this point. Retire…

The absolute slowest dr in Florida. If your appointment is at 4 why is it 5:12 and you have not seen my child yet. Ridiculous. Our time is just as important.

My experience with Dr. Tran was deeply disappointing and concerning from both a medical and professional standpoint. During multiple visits, I found that Dr. Tran relied heavily on standardized questionnaires rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue about my specific health concerns. The focus on personal questions unrelated to my medical needs—such as income, political affiliation, and firearm ownership—seemed intrusive and inappropriate in a clinical setting. I was misdiagnosed on two occasions, including a straightforward case of rosacea that was incorrectly treated with a steroid, worsening my condition. Despite this, I initially chose to continue care, hoping the experience would improve. However, during a subsequent appointment, Dr. Tran made an unprofessional and politically charged remark implying assumptions about my vaccination status based on his questioning of gun ownership. As a patient with a strong educational background (several collegiate degrees and having worked at one of the nations premier universities for nearly 20 years). Making the assumption that I am one a republican and secondly republicans do not believe in vaccinations is simply uneducated and the fact I have an extensive history of vaccinations that are clearly documented in my chart. I found this comment both offensive, irresponsible, and liable. Following this encounter, I reported Dr. Tran to the Florida Medical Board for unprofessional conduct and transferred my care to another facility. Based on my experience and reviewing similar patient feedback, I strongly recommend that Baptist Health reevaluate Dr. Tran’s role within their organization. I cannot in good faith recommend this physician to others seeking quality, unbiased medical care. Dr. Tran has no business providing health care anywhere....
