I just moved out of Jacksonville and had to change insurance handlers. One regret is that I will no longer have the pleasure of working with Morgan from the office. She has been a joy to have in my corner for so many years and the main reason I stayed with State Farm. I’m a member since 1978 with 1 claim 44 years ago with zero points for decades and became frustrated with the constant increases. Morgan helped me reduce my rates and kept me on as a customer. Good job Morgan. .
My family has been with Jim Register’s office for over 30 years and have loved our experience. Everyone we have worked with has been knowledgeable and friendly.
