State farm would not let me get car insurance because I had a claim with them in the early 90's I mean come on that was like almost 30 years ago get over it start farm. But that's ok I found way better insurance and way cheaper then state farm
The ladies that work here are great, especially Tameka. I have only every spoke with Mr.Haskins when I first got my insurance with him about 5 years ago. Every time I call I cannot get anyone on the phone lately. I called to have a quote done on the vehicle I am adding and nothing. The best way to get ahold of someone is to just message then wait for them to say that they can't do it over email and wait on them to call. They will call if they need something but if you need something don't expect an answer. After being with someone so long for my insurance it's sad I would rather call the 855 number to get easier service that is more convenient for my schedule and not just theirs.
Have been with Jim for 5 years. He and his staff have always been polite and kind whenever I spoke with them. Any issues that ever arose, they took care in helping resolve them as well as go into the reason for certain things. Not just this is what goes and that is the end of it kind of deal like other places will do. Would recommend Jim to my friends and family.
You won't find a better agent or staff in the insurance world! Everyone in this office goes above and beyond to help. It's refreshing to have an agency that remembers you and makes accommodations for the ever changing schedule of an auto transporter and his family to still be able to make an insurance review appointment.
My claim happen 01/06/17 and finally receive my check 6 week later. Went in and spoke with Jim haskin and he said if you don't like it then leave. We been a loyal State Farm customer for 16 years and this is how they treated their customers
