Jets pizza, especially this specific location is a personal favorite of mine. I've been in the pizza industry since I was 15 and if I'm craving a quality pie this is where I go. Tonight's experience wasn't what I would normally expect from this place, I walked in and it was swealteringly hot. Unbearably so, I couldn't even imagine what it's like next to the oven. Even in the heat, the kid behind the counter was in great spirits. When I took my first bite I knew instantly that this wasn't just a problem with comfort. The food itself felt deflated. The cheese didn't have its normal gooey texture and almost felt split, the dough that I know and love was clearly over proofed from the air temperature, the entire experience felt soured. If the owners cares about his employees and his patrons he needs to fix this problem yesterday. It's ok to be cheap in a pizza restaurant when it comes to labor and food cost, quality should never be affected. I have half a mind to call the health department because I know without a shadow of a doubt your coolers couldn't hold temp under those conditions. Anything over 98° voids the warranty.
I personally had never eaten there before, but my friend asked me to pick her up a four slice. Now let me just say. I have a bum leg. So I look down as I walk. To make sure my steps are solid. I did not see the huge menu hanging up. As I walked to the counter and asked for a menu. I was made to feel stupid when one of the employees asked " cant you read the menu hanging." After I had already explained I personally had never been there before like three times. I did buy me a small pizza, as I picked up my friends order. The food was good. The service could have been so much better. Will i order from there again. Maybe...
Delicious pizza, awesome salad with only fresh ingredients and the cheese was amazing!!! Customer service made our first time there a very nice experience . We just loved it. We ordered Detroit style pizza, deep dish bread and a garden salad. Definitely a come back for us!
Jet’s is hands down my new favorite pizza. It is really filling which always makes me a little sad because I want to eat more of it but can’t. The staff has always been friendly and fast. The store itself is set up really weird though. It is kind of unwelcoming because you essentially walk down a long hallway to a window to get your order. I’ve always found that part a bit off putting but it’s absolutely worth it for the delicious pizza.
Love the pizza but the service was amazing. Ive been ordering from here almost every day and its always phenomenal. Sometimes things happen, like today, where I accidentally got a wrong side of a half and half 8 corner. Not only did they fix it immediately and redeliver it, they sent me a free choc chip brownie as well. Its unheard of, especially these days. It may not mean much to some but it meant alot to me, I appreciate the gesture immensely.
