Selling the first home I purchased in Florida came with a lot of emotions, and Jessica handled it with so much care and attentiveness. She really took the time to listen to my ideas, talk through every option and scenario (and there were many updates I looked to her to help me work through!!), and make sure I felt confident that I was making the right decisions. Her marketing strategies and materials are top tier and absolutely helped sell my home. I cannot recommend Jessica enough! She will go above and beyond to ensure the purchase or sale of your home is her first priority. In addition, she puts your needs and best interests above all else, a characteristic often hard to find in a realtor. After meeting Jessica at an open house in 2020, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was so warm, genuine, and welcoming to our whole family. We held onto her card because we knew that if we moved to FL, she would be the only realtor we’d want to work with. In April 2021, when we decided to move, we reached out, and she went above and beyond to help us secure a rental, touring properties for us over video chat and giving honest feedback. She even picked up our keys, met with AT&T, and met with our cleaning person before we arrived, which helped make an already stressful move feel much easier. It was such a huge help! When it came time to buy, she helped us find our home, a new construction, and guided us through every step of the process. As anyone who has built a home knows, there will be challenges, but she was always there to advocate for us, answer questions, and keep things moving forward. Her support and guidance made a huge difference. We have purchased and sold several homes, working with some terrific realtors, but Jessica was by far the best! She doesn’t just treat you like a client; she treats you like family. Not only is she an incredible realtor, but she’s also become a wonderful friend. Jessica helped us through the process of buying a house quickly after moving across the country. She gave us a list of houses to tour, different locations to give us an idea of neighborhoods we might like better than others and stuck by the price range we wanted.
