Incredibly upset with this organization and this office's staff even more. My Dr. (Dr Driver) left in October and I was assured Dr. Lyons would take great care of me. Today, I was just informed I was not accepted as a patient by Dr Lyons after going to this office for years. I understand not being able to accept all of the previous Doctor's patients but the way the team went about was the most inhumane, disrespectful way. I asked why and the woman on the phone couldn't tell me. I said no problem, please have the doctor call me, if not I can come in and wait to speak in person. The lady over the phone said "wow, I'll be sure to let him know exactly as you said" This is the second time Baptist has denied me transfer of care without an explanation to help me understand. Medical care in this country is already hard enough and when I called back sobbing begging for help and hoping find out my options, the other girl (Tamira?) Said "there's a note here that says that if you show up to the office they're going to call the police." You may be saying to yourself... this girl is definitely downplaying herself and she must've been disrespectful. I can assure you that as someone who works in customer service, I'm the most aware of myself. I want to make sure that I note that in today's age of social media they've made me terrified to even step foot in the office I've been receiving care for the last 3-4 years on the off chance I get posted simply for asking for help of medical care. The most ironic part is that during the hold time all you hear is about how caring and empathetic their providers and staff is and this experience couldn't have been further from that. How is it that the rating for this office sits at a 2.6 and ABSOLUTELY ZERO CHANGES have been made in the staff? Baptist needs to either bring in another practicing doctor to replace Dr Driver if Dr. Lyons is incapable of handling the transfer of patients. They surely make enough money to afford one.

Our Dr, Dr Kristi Driver, left in October. No new doctor available yet. Need a refill on a medication and was told they are unable to have another Dr at this location review the chart and submit a refill order! Completely agree with other comments on the front office staff! Will not be returning!

Dr Driver was my doctor and i was so bummed when she left, I finally saw Dr Lyons today and so glad i waited, i had convinced myself that i wouldnt like him, he was awesome and i have never had an issue with the ladies with the front desk.

Dr.Lyons is awesome, great personality, appearance, professional, compassionate and willing to listen and take time with his patients. Is been years since I met a doctor like this! I give him 100 stars.
