The customer service, from the front desk associate to Mrs. Terri, the optometrist, ensured my comfort throughout all necessary pre-procedure eye examinations. All my inquiries were addressed, alleviating any initial apprehension. Dr. Maida comprehensively answered all my questions, assuring me of a seamless procedure. I am scheduled for the procedure at the earliest opportunity and intend to share my positive experience with others.
Dr. Maida was so kind and Professional. He explains things so thoroughly and takes his time. Just like all the other doctors there, he rocks!
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional! From the moment I walked in, till the moment I walked out. The ladies up front were so warm and welcoming, the technician that brought me back was very sweet and professional! Explained everything she was doing, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Maida was very nice and explained the two different procedures, and even shared his own experience with LASIK and PRK. I highly recommend Florida Eye Specialist, Maida Custom Vision! I will be sending my friends that way when they are ready for their consult. Looking forward to my procedure! Thank you, for a wonderful experience! 😎
My LASIK consultation was excellent! From the very start, getting a phone call to scheduling the appointment and meeting the lovely staff. The exam was in-depth and so informative. I have no doubt the team will be sure I’m taken care of when the time comes.
Dr. Maida was quick and thorough during my post op check in. He answered all of my questions and concerns without judgement. And he shared his genuine love and appreciation for his work over the 30+ years he has been practicing. It was a pleasure.
