Jennings Farm is a very beautiful Gated Community with NO CDD, and Natural Gas. It’s surrounded by conservation, large homesites, private yet, close to everything at the same time. The sales agents are both great to work with! And the builder does a fantastic job making sure the homeowners are happy :-)

The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well designed. One of the biggest benefits is that it is a gated community with NO CDD fees, which is a huge advantage compared to many other new construction communities. Another feature I really appreciate is that the homes include natural gas, which is becoming harder to find in many neighborhoods. What truly made the experience exceptional was working with Mrs. Debbe Bierer. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Debbe took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Her level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home and making sure buyers feel comfortable and informed. Jennings Farm is a beautiful gated community with no CDD, great value, new-home neighborhood and affordable pricing houses in Clay County—quiet, gated, family-oriented, and the high school just right across the street. Highly recommended!
