We met Jennifer 6 years ago when were contemplating a move to the Nocatee neighborhood. Over the span of the last two years, while we considered a lifestyle adjustment, she patiently showed us multiple options for a maintenance provided home. When we were ready to sell our existing home, she listened and provided recommendations on a sale price and preparation for sale that met our needs. Her coordination with all parties, and clear and timely communications throughout, facilitated a quick sale and purchase closings on the same day. Her attention to detail and sage advice were well appreciated.
Jen was great. She honed in on our needs and wants. We went out on a Tuesday and Thursday. She said take the day & you can think about what we saw. We went out on Thursday and I asked her to reshow us the first house again. That was it. The property was just what we wanted. She got our offer accepted and was there to answer any questions. It was a little lengthy because in NY it takes 3 months to close. But we stayed in contact and when our NY date got moved up she put everything into action in Fl. It was the first time I moved in 48 years and she was simply wonderful. I would highly recommend Jen to any buyer or seller. She knows her business and to add to that she as sweet as can be. When we closed she had a trip to Italy. She left us in good hands with Ashley. Jen knows how to run a business for sure!
