Jenny is an amazing realtor, and an amazing human being. With tremendous kindness, understanding, graciousness, and handholdolding, she walked me through the very difficult process of selling my beloved historic cottage south of St. Augustine. And although my buyer pool was significantly limited by my insistance on finding only the perfect new owner, Jenny worked tirelessly to made it happen. I am still, and will will forever be, so grateful to her for all she did to support me through the entire process. I've enthusiastically recommended her to friends interested in both buying and selling, and will continue to do so! She is a gem.
Highly recommend Jenny as your realtor!! She sold my home for more than the listing price and was involved every step of the way to make a wonderfully successful experience and sale!! She is the very best, very professional and transparent with all interactions so there were no unexpected issues.
We had a wonderful experience working with Jenny Holbrook. She sold our house in 2 weeks. We had no problems and our transaction was very smooth. She was truly a professional, and helpful and listens to your needs. Jenny was in contact with us if we had any questions. She truly was a professional and I would recommend her to anyone. Jenny was the best realtor we could’ve asked for in our home buying process! She was very personable and caring, and was extremely helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for. She is a strong communicator and went above and beyond to find answers for our questions!
Jenny has helped me as both a buyer and a seller in the past couple years. She is fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient and has a great spirit. I highly recommend her. I would use her again for future real estate transactions.
