I waited 2 months after dr Fulton ordered my CT scan for my lung disease. I had an appointment set for 8am on the 3rd. I thought I left plenty of time to get to the appointment but there must have been a huge accident on 95 north. I called at 8am sharp to tell them I was about 6 minutes away. The receptionist asked dr Fulton if that was ok and she came back and said dr Fulton said I would have to reschedule. I live 40 min from the office. I showed up anyway because I needed my test results. They said she can't see me... Mind you there were only 3 people in the office and she's not the only dr working there. The least she could have said was you may have to wait a bit until the doctor can fit you in, I would have been totally fine with that answer...nothing. That is bad practice Dr.!! Dr. Fulton needs to drop her attitude and respect her patients that pay her salary! I am now looking for a new pulmonologist, one who respects their patients!

My appointment with Dr Fulton was amazingly good. She took extra time to explain things so that I could understand. She was extremely thorough and gave me every opportunity to ask questions. The Clinical Summary Document was mostly excellent but in parts confusing.
