Jen is amazing on so many levels. From a talent perspective, I cannot say enough. Her work is beautiful, and the time and care she puts into understanding my needs is reflected in her product. I have worked with Jen on numerous projects, ranging from logos for charities to my personal business logo to marketing pieces to apparel. In each case, she has listened intently to my desires for look and feel, but goes many steps beyond to truly understand the project, the market, my goals, and more. With this understanding in hand and armed with her high level of creativity, she consistently produces something that is ultimately just right. Her designs come back attractive and effective, even when all I can give is a small amount of direction. As a client, I will also add that I have a high degree of gratitude for her customer service. She is quick to respond but also realistic in setting expectations, and my client experience is always enjoyable.
