Jean is a rockstar! She's professional, tenacious and gets things done. She made selling my house while being out of state painless and constantly went out of her way to take care of all the little details. I couldn't have sold my house without her.
It's impossible to overstate the quality of service we received from Jean Picket when we purchased a home in Jacksonville. This is a vacation home, so the logistics were more complicated since we were only sporadically available to view potential choices. This made us even more reliant on Jean's guidance and she could not have been more helpful in helping us narrow down the hunt for the best community and home. After several trips over a period of greater than a year, we found a place and were able to close effortlessly thanks to Jean's diligence in getting all the elements together. It's worth noting that this was certainly not a commission bonanza for her and despite that fact it didn't diminish her efforts in getting us to the finish line. Her support didn't end with the closing, as she has been able to put us in touch with contractors who are helping us make improvements that are a reflection of our taste and needs. I'm sure we'll continue our relationship with Jean and we are so grateful for all she's done.
I am a Principal Broker in Tennessee and Georgia. I had the pleasure of working with Jean on 2 transactions in NE Florida. She was professional, courteous, responsive, and truly made us feel like we were special. We know how busy she is and no matter when we texted her she responded quickly. We purchased an investment home and she did not just show us homes, she had rental data for different locations and gave great advice. We ended up building a New home and she was our "eyes and ears" since we live in Chattanooga. She did the walkthrough, handled the inspections and made sure that the punch list was completed. We then listed it for rent with Jean and she helped us screen tenants based on credit. She found us great tenants who just moved in. Done right? NOPE! Jean made a tenant book for them and made sure they knew how everything works in the home, she gave them her info in case of emergency. I can't emphasize enough that ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home needs to CALL JEAN
