I am so glad that we found Dominique with JDM Tax Consulting to do our taxes. He was super knowledgeable and I felt very confident with his expertise. We had a unique situation that he was able to help us navigate through, and I am grateful for that. He is a wonderful person to work with, and our only regret was not finding him sooner!
I was struggling in preparing my business tax and other concerns, with the help of Dominique, he made my job easier! His excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend!
If I could double the stars, I would. This is my second time using his service. I said here's the deal, need to file more than one year, lost w2, and my car isn't running plus more issues. He handled everything for me. I never left my house. I received my checks from the IRS a few weeks later! He has a pleasant calming personality. He always made me feel at ease. Communication is excellent. He is lightning fast. I mean shockingly fast. Plus you don't have to leave home. You don't even have to have a laptop. I'm a client forever. You can leave home and go there. It just wasn't an option for me at the time.
This is my second year working with Dominique Michel, and I have had nothing but great experiences with him. He completely takes all the stress out of tax season. He is quick to respond, explains everything extremely well and is very trustworthy. Dom is not only available during tax season, he has always quickly addressed any tax related question through out the year. After working with Dom, I couldn't imagine doing my taxes anywhere else.
Dominique Michel has got to be the most caring individual! He helped me yesterday with my taxes. He was easy to understand and had the patience of Job. Everything was explained to me in a timely manner and help was available at every turn!
