Jackie and Nia were particularly great while helping me with an online return fraught with technical hang ups. They were friendly and professional but also knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot issues and explain the process along the way. All was resolved in a timely manner, and we even had a pleasant conversation to boot. Thanks for the A+ service!

I had to give a huge shout-out to Sue at the J. Cole Factory. She was absolutely amazing helping my friend pick out an outfit. Incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we found something perfect. Her hospitality and positive energy really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you go, ask for Sue — she’s truly a gem!
Was so excited when this open near me on the beach love J.Crew. But I don’t love that I bought $200 worth of clothing and they send you to another store to use a restroom. You’re good enough to buy the expensive clothes not good enough to use the potty.? Sending you to another business to use a restroom is ridiculous. Of the four things I bought one of them didn’t fit right took it back the next day. They were able to see the receipt yet because I didn’t have the tag on the item and gave me a huge hassle about it. She typed in about 30,000 codes from the tag to verify. I purchased it from them and I got scolded for not having the price tag on the item.
Nice customer service. Good deals and clean store
This store is very clean and organized. The employees have been wonderful at every visit. I highly recommend this J Crew Factory location.
