I always get honesty and good prices...
I hired JCN automotive to repair my radiator in my Hummer, and although they did complete this repair in the process they ruined my vehicle. When adding the chemical “blue devil” to my radiator it caused an explosion, which blew that chemical agent all over my car, permanently bonding to my windshield, roof, destroyed the paint and ruined my Thule travel carrier. I assumed it would clean off, but after leaving the shop and making every effort to clean it, I realized this was a chemical bond and there was no way to fix it. Returning to the shop, they replaced my windshield, but did not rectify the remaining issues. They then became aggressive, threatened me and told me I was no longer welcome there. They even mentioned that they have a gun, out of no where to intimidate me. This was their mistake, and in replacing my windshield they admitted so. They refused to give me their insurance information, and as of yet I have been unable to get this resolved. This shop should not be trusted with any vehicle, they do not know what they are doing and do not take responsibility for their mistakes and are shady at best. The radiator problem they fixed was a minimal problem compared to the damage they did.
First time hearing of this place and I had no intentions on getting my car fixed at all. The mechanic looked at it and instantly told me it could be fixed the same day. He only had my car for a few hours and it came back perfect. He got rid of problems no other mechanic could seem to get rid of. I highly recommend this repair shop if you want your car worked on. Very fast service and very nice people. Great first experience 😊
Best mechanic I have ever had. He is honest and he doesn't tell you what you want to hear. Only the facts. Very reasonable and trustworthy. I take all my vehicles here.
The owner of this shop is always fair and pleasant. He is my go to for any issues and I had my kids take their cars there to get checked before buying anything! He runs the shop like a local neighborhood shop should always be run!
