I recently had JBL build our dream home from the ground up in the Jacksonville area, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation! From the initial planning stages through to handing over the keys, their deep knowledge of construction, local building codes, materials, and modern design trends was evident every step of the way. They offered smart, practical advice that helped us make the best decisions for our family without ever pushing unnecessary extras. Their attention to detail was truly impressive—every framing joint, electrical layout, finish trim, and custom feature was executed with precision and care. Nothing was skimped on or overlooked; the quality of workmanship shows in every room, from the flawless cabinetry and tile work to the perfectly level floors and seamless transitions. They were incredibly timely throughout the project—sticking closely to the agreed-upon timeline, hitting key milestones on schedule, and completing the home right on (or even slightly ahead of) the promised move-in date, even with some weather delays that were out of anyone’s control. What sealed it for me was their outstanding follow-up. They communicated constantly, responded to questions within hours, and after closing, they came back multiple times for a detailed punch-list walkthrough, warranty items, and even minor tweaks we noticed post-move-in—all handled quickly, professionally, and with zero hassle. If you’re thinking about building a custom home and want a builder who combines expertise, meticulous craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine customer care, JBL is the team to choose. We’re thrilled with our new home and already recommending them to friends and family!
