I want to express how upset, frustrated, and deeply disappointed I am with JB Hunt’s inability to complete my delivery today, which ultimately led to my Peloton order being cancelled. I was prepared and available for the scheduled delivery, yet the team left without fulfilling the service I paid for and relied on. This was not just a casual inconvenience — it disrupted my plans, wasted my time, and forced a cancellation of my order for equipment that I urgently needed. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer care in this situation is unacceptable, and I expected a much higher standard from a delivery partner representing a company of this scale. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customers deserve reliability, communication, and respect for their time — especially when deliveries are scheduled, confirmed, and medically necessary.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. How is it that I had something scheduled between 2-6 to be picked up. The driver calls me at 12:45 to tell me that he is near my address. I tell him that won’t work. I had to be other places and there’s a reason I selected that time. Here it is almost 5, I decide to call the company and they say the driver attempted to pick up at 12:45. I check the app tracking, call and they tell me the driver is already off work and back at the warehouse. Who was going to tell me that the pick up wouldn’t happen today!?! And I try to reschedule pick up and it’s not till Friday. I just want this exercise machine out of my house!
Very difficult to work with…they send a pre delivery survey and then use the responses from that to cancel your appointment and provide a number that does not pick up on the weekend.
My experience is with a driver of this company whom nearly rear ended my family on highway 60 today In florida.
Outstanding office. Willing to help and point you in the right direction.
