Joelle is a master at all things hair! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and super sweet! She listens to what her clients want and always delivers! She is by far the most talented hair stylist I've ever had! I even have her do my teenage daughter's hair & she has gotten so many compliments on her hair! I HIGHLY recommend Joelle to everyone!

I’ve been using Gretchen for several years and will follow her wherever she goes. She took me from terrible dyed black hair to gorgeous, healthy blond and not only is my hair amazing, but I have a blast during my appointments. She’s hysterical :) SO glad she is working with Joelle too - both great ladies with a ton of experience.
Joelle is awesome and spent a lot of time on my hair. She made me feel at home. I love what she did with my hair. I'm grateful for my new hair stylist and friend!
Joelle is amazing! This girl can cut some damn hair!!! Joelle is only one of 2 hairstylists that I have encountered who can actually cut women's short hair! She is a wizard and I don't even live in Jacksonville anymore, but when I come home for a visit, I always schedule with Joelle because no one else can do what she does!
Very attractive and spotlessly clean salon. Gretchen is fabulous. Always willing to hear my concerns and work with me...whether it's a shift in my color, style, or timing of services. When I started coming to Gretchen after being referred by a friend, she helped restore my overprocessed highlighted hair...so shiny and soft now. I had thinning hair as well and she's helped me with a regimen that is working!
