I have been coming to this mechanic for 5 years with my 2009 Tacoma. They are efficient, knowledgeable, well trusted and dependable mechanics. They take amazing care of my old truck and high end vehicles. I highly recommend them
Fast forward things have changed greatly. In the last few months during Kevin’s exit things have went down hill and fast. The shop manager took my trailer (cut the lock) without asking for personal use. Never apologized or tried to make it right. Now they are focused on the JDM world hoping to avails the many a very euro customers.
Carson did an incredible job converting my e46 M3 from an SMG to manual transmission at a very fair price. I was skeptical the conversion was not done 100% correctly at first but I am having no issues with my car now. This was a time consuming job that involved installing a new clutch, flywheel, clutch pedal, self centering shifter, trimming, and fine tuning. The long list of parts took forever to arrive and labor took longer than expected. However, I would take my car to JAXSPEC again with confidence they can do any job. Incredibly grateful Carson was able to save my car.
Kevin and Carson are top knotch mechanics, building an impressive client base through their consisent work ethics, expertise, and exceptional customer service. As a European Car owner, I'm hyper critical of who I bring my automobiles too. Kevin and the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my families and friends vehicles are not only performing well, but in great health. Trust these guys to give you great service, and a GREAT price. Won't go anywhere else.
Don’t let Carson work on your vehicle. He’ll break a head stud bolt, then just leave it like that. You’ll end up needing a new engine/cylinder.
