I experienced straight negligence at this practice and urge everyone to steer clear. They have PAs that can’t even tell you the difference in injections or what class of medications they’re trying to prescribe you. They will suggest injections you’ve already had before that did not work just to bleed you dry. That $150 facility fee is not normal! Plenty of other offices will give you injections in the office. I ended up paying MORE than my insurance did just because of the “facility fee” In my last visit notes Helena made it seem like I’m pill seeking when I didn’t bring up hydrocodone at all… my mom who is a nurse did… Also in my notes it says “she has a lot of back spasms from her MS” My back problems are not connected to my MS at all according to my neurologist. Lumbar doesn’t even get checked in regards to MS. When Helena saw “neuro” in my chart she assumed it was a neurosurgeon. For MS? Every tv screen in that place has MS information slides but your PAs don’t know how the disease works? Laughable Helena Gaitan shouldn’t be creating treatment plans for anyone. No sympathy, lacks compassionate care, and simply lacks knowledge to be doing what she’s doing.

Nothing but but good care. Unfortunately, the treatments don't work well sometimes and work great other times. If you are coming here to load up on narcotics, you should probably just go somewhere else and save the trouble. The staff and physicians are very personable and competent. Absolutely DO NOT trust them. DO NOT trust the Brunswick, GA location either. I saw them twice. At the first appointment, I met with a Nurse Practitioner who seemed unqualified, and at that appointment, I saw more of the waiting room than her. I only saw the NO for less than 5 minutes. I could not do their mandatory urine drug test, but they billed insurance anyway, and when they did that, they kept trying to collect. That will NEVER happen because I did not receive a test or service. Seems like insurance fraud. I get nowhere when I call, and the endless mail is laughable; I have even sent a letter explaining the situation. The second visit went straight to what they can collect the most money on, and their diagnosis was WAY OFF. In under five minutes, looking at the MRI that seemed very generic, they went straight to lets get you signed up for injections. I went to Mayo Clinic, and they did more research, tried other routes like PT, and looked deeper. This company is only after $$$ and selling you on injections without looking at the whole picture. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, WITH ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES!

I have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. I absolutely love Cher at the front desk. She is compassionate and extremely helpful. Dr. Roberts and his team and professional and thorough. Courtney is Dr. Robert’s PA and she is amazing. She listens and acts accordingly. I would definitely recommend this office.
