I have been terrified of the dentist fpr 20 years, since I was 9 years old. I came to Jax Smiles and was met with complete care and kindness. Everyone from the door to the operating room is exceptional. They have completely changed my perspective on Dentistry, for the better. Thank you Nicole & Dr. Lopez for everything you have done and for being amazing people. ♥️
"I had a wonderful experience at Jax Smiles. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming, and the office is exceptionally clean and modern. Dr. Elssy Lopez and the dental hygienists are gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain every step of the procedure. I never feel rushed, and they truly put patient comfort first. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!"
Attempted to schedule a new patient appointment but was told insurance must be verified first and I’d receive a call back. Communication was difficult to understand, and being asked for my SSN felt unnecessary. The process could be much smoother.
I had to get a deep cleaning and was so nervous, but the doctor and staff, especially my hygienist were so helpful and calmed my fears. They walked me through every process and it was very professional. They are awesome!
My daughter was seen here today and we had such a great experience. The office staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. The visit was efficient and thorough and all around pleasant. They put my daughter right at ease and we had a great appointment. We are actually looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Jax Smiles!
