Our company service, did few job projects that they've had in orlando and on blunt island in jacksonville, florida, it's been 2 years that they have not paid for the past due invoices. They owe about $50,000 to our company. We have gone numerous times to their office to try to talk to the owner mark lowery which they always say that he's either not in the office or busy in a meeting, which we can clearly see through the window that he's sitting in his office looking at his phone drinking his coffee, not doing a damn thing. We have spoken to past employers, Megan & jennifer and the current one that we recently a SEEN and spoken to was Mr garrett truemen which he told us that they weren't paid for the job yet, and there were soon expecting to get payment so they could pay us which that was a complete lie. They do not answer phone calls. They redirect you over and over they do not answer emails. This company is a total disgrace. Such a disrespect towards the people who are actually out there, getting their job done in a timely manner and on a quality service As expected! We will be suing you and this is the last very attempt to collect any pass invoices on good terms by the whole team, an A&R INSULATION INC inc. We will make KNOWN to all of our fellow colleagues. Do not accept any bids from your company. As you are dishonest. Disrespectful and do not pay!! ZERO STARS !!!
My name is Guillermo Acevedo Rojo, and I am the owner of A&R INSULATION INC. I must express my considerable disappointment regarding the attitudes and apparent lack of concern shown towards the contractors employed to perform their projects. Our company provided services and completed several projects in Orlando and on Blunt Island in Jacksonville, Florida. Despite the passage of two years, the invoices for these services remain unpaid, with an outstanding balance of approximately $50,000. We have attempted to discuss this matter with the owner, Mr. Mark Lowery, on multiple occasions, but we have been informed that he is either unavailable or engaged in meetings. On several occasions, we have observed Mr. Lowery in his office, appearing to be occupied with personal matters sipping coffee and watching his phone. We have spoken to past employers, Megan & jennifer and the current one that we recently a SEEN and spoken to was Mr garrett truemen, which he told us that they weren't paid for the job yet, and there were soon expecting to get payment so they could pay us which that was a complete lie. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Most shady company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer calls regarding past due invoices.
They don’t respond to emails or phone calls regarding the money they owe. I’ve also tried contacting Mark Lowery, but haven’t received any response.
The Owner refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails regarding outstanding balances owed to vendors for completed work. FYI .. LAWSUIT PENDING!!
