Jax Pro Movers – Concerning Experience With Employee Conduct I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this situation needed to be documented for the safety of others. I have never used Jax Pro Movers for any moving services, but one of their listed workers, Josh Doe, has repeatedly harassed me and others on Facebook with extremely vulgar, hateful, and threatening comments. These comments were unprovoked, highly abusive, and public. I was shocked to see someone representing a business behave this way online. His messages included profanity, personal attacks, and even telling someone to “crawl in a hole and die.” This is terrifying behavior from anyone, let alone from someone who advertises services inside people’s homes. If this is the type of person Jax Pro Movers allows to represent their company, it raises serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and judgment. I sincerely hope management addresses this immediately. No customer should have to worry that someone showing up to move their belongings is the same person posting hateful attacks online. Until this behavior is acknowledged and corrected, I cannot recommend this company.

Jax Pro Movers were excellent! They were available when I needed them and upon the day they arrived right on time and did the job diligently. They secured and transport my piano very professionally and with the utmost care. The owner and his helping hand were very friendly and nice. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to move. I had a great experience with them.
Jax Pro Movers is nothing short of excellent. They are very responsive and professional. Dan is very courteous and went the extra mile to pickup and return the Uhaul cube needed to complete the process. While packing & unpacking I watched as they carefully arranged everything quickly. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again!
These guys were amazing! I shopped around a bit, but ultimately decided to go with these guys. They were professional and courteous and packed up my truck quickly and efficiently despite the feels like temperature being 116 degrees! Would definitely recommend Jax Pro Movers to anyone! Thanks again guys!
The crew did a great job prepping/wrapping everything and treated my stuff with care. Coming from a third floor apt, that says a lot! Nothing was damaged in the process, and as a single mom it was very helpful having them disassemble and reassembling beds. Definitely recommend!
