The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the office was clean and well organized. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns.
Dr. Donzo and her staff are the best medical professionals I’ve ever met in my life. Very caring and informative and transparent. I will never switch Dr’s as long as I am in Jax
Dr. Donzo was all I was looking for. From the moment I came in for the first time, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and her right away. I felt right at home, listened to and comfortable. She leads with a lot of empathy and takes her time to get to know you, which nowadays is really hard to find in a doctor. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience before. Thank you so much for being such an example, and also thanks to the staff! ♥️
Dr. Donzo is the best. I'm always seen by her the actual physician and never by a midlevel NP. The difference is very apparent. She is incredibly thorough in a way I've never experienced with nonphysicians. If you want a true expert who doesn't cut corners, see Dr. Donzo.
The Doctor and staff were very friendly I’m glad that I switched to Dr Donzo she is awesome and alway address my every concerns
