I live in San Diego, CA. And I was in the market for a specific car for a few weeks. Found the car through car guru. Called and Matt picked up. From the get go, Matt was super easy to deal with. Responsive and willing to answer any question I had regarding the car. He was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Purchasing a car from the east coast all the way from the west coast was a scary thought at first, but Matt took care of everything. Thank you, Matt and Jax Motor Cars! I love the car!!
We came to check out a Golf GTI and ended up leaving with it. I cant praise Matt enough, he was extremely friendly and the complete opposite of the typical used car salesman. He treated us like friends and made sure we were completely happy. I've only had my car for two days as of writing this, but I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you so much Matt!
All I can say about Matt is totally amazing guy!!! We were in the market for a first car for our daughter and we found this place. We went to look at one car and found 2, the second happened to be my daughter dream car a VW GTI. She fell in love with the car but we had to wait for funding to come through. Matt went above and beyond to make our daughters dream car a reality! He is a God send and the process was quick! Needless to say he is a dream maker and an all around awesome guy!! If you want a car in excellent condition at a fair price, stop looking, run here and ask for Matt! Thank you Matt!!!

Dez was very helpful. My wife wanted a specific vehicle (Acura MDX). Dez was patient and answered all my questions, and had the car. I would definitely recommend based on his customer service skills alone. Now that my wife is taken care of, I’m looking for something for me lol. I’ll be in touch.
