Seemed ok on the phone when I made an appointment. I got there no one was there. I waited 15 minutes for some one to show up and open the door. It took an hour to make my 2 keys. Then when I paid the tech he added a $50 tip to my ticket. Plus as soon as I drove away I now have two engine codes both caused by him. Power steering assist and brake assist codes. Neither alerts see there before. I have to take it to the dealership to get them cleared. I called back and left messages to tell them. No call back. I disputed my charge and the bank let them keep it. SAVE your money and take it to a larger business that’s reputable. Absolutely not worth $250 for more issues.
Couldn't be happier with these guys. Quick visit to their store and I had a brand new fob for my 2016 Prius. Ben was the best, no nonsense, professional old school locksmith. Other companies I called were clearly phone farms, and none had a physical address I could bring my car to!!! Only Jax Locksmith shop said "sure just stop by our store."
Needed a replacement key fob for my Acura. Dealership quote was over $400. My key fob replacement was done at my home in 30 minutes by this locksmith! I highly recommend Jax Locksmith Shop and saved over $100 dollars!!
This guy is great. It’s very refreshing to see an old-school locksmith at work. It goes beyond just making copies of keys. This guy is a real professional in a world where security is of the utmost importance. You need someone you can trust with all your locking needs. Do not hesitate. Get this guy on your team.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I locked myself out of my car while driving around the beaches, and JAX Locksmith Shop came to the rescue. The locksmith arrived quickly and had me back in my car within 30 minutes. I was honestly blown away by how fast and professional the service was. Highly recommend JAX Locksmith Shop!
