Jax Home Offer

Thank you Trevor for making a very difficult decision an easy one. After living in my home for 30 years and raising all of my children and grandchildren. My husband and I decided to downsize into a smaller home to enjoy retirement. I had made the decision to sell my house to an investor because I didn’t want to tackle the extra responsibility of upgrading my home prior to selling it. Trevor made my decision an easy one, no pressure, quick and easy and he fulfilled all of his promises, if you are considering selling your home you should definitely give Trevor a call. He is very professional as well as patient and courteous and gave me all the time I needed to transition into my new home . Thank you again: it was my pleasure. Beckie

I needed to find someone to buy my parents house quick after my mom passed away because my dad needed to move in with my family in Alabama, while the offer on the house was not what we were hoping for Trevor was AMAZING with explaining everything and letting us know why the offer was what it was. He was absolutely awesome the entire process, he was very understanding of our situation and even offered condolences for my mother. He also let us have a few more days to move out because of a hurricane scare. If you want an honest company that stays true to their word go with Jax Home Offer, you won’t be disappointed!

Jax Home Offer was fantastic to work with and gave me a good offer on my home. Although I never got to meet Trever because I was living out of town,, he was awesome to work with. He made the process so easy and closed within 10 days of talking with him. Also a plug to the Title company he works with. Closing was so simple and fast!! All in all it was a very pleasant experience!! Thanks again Trevor!!
