Opinion on the Services of Dr. Jairo De Lahoz and His Team My experience for more than 20 years with Dr. Jairo De La Hoz and his team has been exceptional. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you can feel the professionalism and genuine care they bring to their work. Dr. De La Hoz takes the time to explain every step clearly, making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. His expertise is evident, but what truly stands out is his human approach — he listens, he understands, and he treats every patient with respect. The entire team reflects the same level of dedication. They are organized, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Jairo de la Voz for several years, and I want to make it clear that I consider him an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the way his office staff handled my prescription refill. I requested an appointment because I need a refill of my blood pressure medication, which I take every day. Since Dr. de la Voz was unavailable, the office offered me an appointment with another doctor in the practice whom I have never seen. They first offered me an appointment for the following day, which was too short notice for me to attend. I then asked if they had an appointment available the following week. They told me they did, and I agreed to see the other doctor even though I had never been treated by her before. I was willing to do this simply because I needed my medication and wanted to resolve the situation. However, they refused to send my prescription refill until I actually attended that appointment the following week. In other words, even though I accepted an appointment with another doctor in their practice, they were still willing to leave me without an essential daily blood pressure medication until the day of that appointment. I find this completely unacceptable. I understand that medical practices are businesses and that doctors need to see patients. However, patients should not be forced to go without an essential medication for an entire week simply because their regular doctor is unavailable. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for reasonable consideration for an established patient who has been taking the same medication regularly, who requested an appointment, who accepted the next available appointment with another doctor in the practice, and who simply needs a refill to avoid going without medication. Again, my criticism is not directed at Dr. de la Voz personally. I have always considered him an excellent physician. My one-star review is specifically about the way his office staff handled this situation. After being a patient for several years, I expected much better from the practice.

The best experience with a Doctor's office I've had in a while. You're welcomed in the office with a smile, everyone is so kind. The Doctor listens....I can't say that enough. They listen to you and give the best Healthcare I've experienced in a long time. Definitely sticking with them❤️💯👏
